The Bryans gathered in Bear Lake for the first time ever.
We left about a day and a half after we got back from San Diego.
The house we stayed in was amazing and had plenty of rooms and a two story slide :)
The first time Ben went down I think it kind of scared him so the next time we had Matt go with him and I think it helped...
The dining area had two long tables and a long bar...it was perfect for 35 people.
I had to get a picture of the entry hall where everyone dropped their shoes...I don't even think this was at its finest...
The first day everyone straggled in and we got used to our new digs.
The second day we hit the lake...
(Ben was in quite a mood when we were getting ready to leave so I was going to stay back with him but Merill and Nancy insisted they stay at the house with him instead. They ended up bringing him over right towards the end whereupon he promptly fell asleep :)
Everyone seemed to enjoy the paddle boards...
There was also some sand castleing going on...
We were very diligent with our sunscreen :)
That evening we went and ate and watched the Pickleville play...
Sometimes I feel bad about always having Ben on his iPad but there are times when he either wouldn't be able to join us or he would be a distraction to all those around him if he were with us sans iPad. So, I need to look at it that way and be grateful he is with us and content :)
The tickets the family group had were in two different sections of the theater so Josh was on the opposite side with Grandma...
It was a super fun night!
You sure saw a lot of water and sand in just a few days time.
