Christmas Performances

We were able to go to Johnson Files Christmas show again this year.

It's become a fun tradition!

Matt had a Christmas choir concert...

This semester he is in the early morning choir and the audition choir class...Rhapsody and Resonance.

It was a combined concert with the choirs, the orchestras and the bands.
I had to go solo and I didn't get a very good seat but it was really enjoyable!

Josh also had a Christmas devotional with the combined Institute choirs.  It was so wonderful!  There was a young man in the institute choir that has Down's Syndrome and is tone deaf.  As they sang I Will Walk with Jesus and I heard his voice above the rest, it really got to me.  I couldn't control my emotions...especially hearing the line "Standing by my Savior, safe within His care".  It was so touching.

Josh's group sang some of my favorites, including Goodness of God...seriously AMAZING!

Since it was in the chapel I didn't get any pictures of the performance but                                  I was glad my parents and Abby were able to come.  I believe Matt stayed home with Ben this time.  (Andy was there too but I guess we didn't get a picture of him...or me:)

As Mom and Dad were leaving we noticed how similar Mom's squiggly Christmas tree earrings were to Josh's tie
