Early in March, the flower studio owner went on vacation and left me and another flower helper in charge. We did several bouquets those few days and had so much fun :)!
A few days later, thankfully after the owner returned, we were in full swing with Prom...
These were Abby and Michael's corsage and boutonniere...
I admit, I spent a lot more time on them...Abby only wanted green and white so I couldn't get creative with color but I enjoyed adding in the pussy willows :)
We were in dire need of a new stroller for Ben.
We loved his old BOB but he had long past grown out of it.
After quite a bit of research we landed on The Special Tomato. They were out of stock of the model we were hoping to get but we needed something ASAP for our upcoming trip so we went ahead and ordered the second best option.
Ben seemed totally happy with it!
I was so thrilled he actually fit inside :)
Quite a while back (summer 2019) our family was able to go to a taping of Studio C.
Andy and Matt were used as extras in a skit.
We anxiously awaited each episode as the next season aired but the sketch was never on.
Imagine our surprise when we were watching almost two years later and it showed up!
It was pretty fun to see it on T.V.
Late in March my dad came to visit our home.
It was a big deal.
He hadn't been to visit in a year due to COVID.
Because Dad had received his vaccine he felt good about coming in and sitting down.
It was a grand day!
Ben was really out of it since he was in the middle of the seizure zone but they were reunited and that was what counted. It was so good to have him!
I had big plans for some amazing St. Patty's day cookies.
Man was I disappointed in the results.
I had some cute leprechauns, rainbows, and plaid shamrocks that just didn't turn out.
These ended up being shipped to Texas for a birthday of a friend's son. I didn't think they were worth sending but I couldn't convince her of that so off they went.
